IT Provisioning Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Provisioning Analyst to join their Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain end user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365

Conduct monthly user audits of production systems and manage software licenses

Provide IT onboarding guidance to new remote employees and assist with returned equipment processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of access control experience, including managing an Active Directory environment

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred

ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation certification preferred

Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, and Microsoft O365

Intermediate knowledge of security, compliance, and audit processes
