located near a Honda facility

or within a reasonable commuting distance. Honda facilities are located in

Alabama, California, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina .

About this Position :

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting talent acquisition efforts across a variety of business and technical functions (e.g., engineering, IT, information security, human resources, accounting, and more). The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and hiring teams. The scope of this role may include local, regional, or North American recruiting strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities include :

Full Lifecycle Recruiting :

Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition through onboarding.

Partner with hiring teams to understand position requirements and craft effective job descriptions.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with both technical and cultural needs.

Conduct in-depth phone screens to assess skills, experience, and fit.

Collaborate with hiring teams to establish candidate criteria and hiring timelines.

Present qualified candidates to hiring teams, highlighting their strengths and alignment with organizational values.

Coordinate interviews and support the decision-making process.

Negotiate offers and guide selected candidates through the onboarding process

Sourcing Strategy :

Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.

Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage potential candidates.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-priority positions.

Stay informed about emerging recruitment tools, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to cultivate a diverse and qualified talent pipeline

Candidate and Client Experience :

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.

Develop strong partnerships with hiring teams by understanding their talent needs and providing strategic recruiting support.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process

Event Support :

Provide travel support and participate in onsite college recruitment events :

2–3 Fall events

2–3 Spring events

1–2 Summer events

Approximately 30% of total travel is required.

Contribute to projects and initiatives related to strategic staffing and workforce planning.

Who we are seeking :

Required Work Experience :

Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

Required Education :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Desired skills :

Proficiency in staffing, recruitment, and interviewing methods and processes.

Experience maintaining comprehensive tracking systems for all positions, with regular updates and reporting.

Ability to conduct effective intake meetings with hiring teams to define recruitment needs and expectations.

Skill in developing tailored pre-screening questions for specific job postings.

Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.

Familiarity with multiple job posting platforms to maximize candidate outreach.

Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through targeted strategies.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment practices.
