We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Recruiting to lead and oversee three key departments within our Recruiting division : Internal Recruiting, Direct Hire / Temp to Hire, and Professional Staffing . This leadership role is critical in shaping the direction of our talent acquisition strategy, driving performance across multiple teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and team members to meet performance goals.

Drive internal talent acquisition to support company growth and internal mobility.

Oversee placement services that match top talent with client needs, focusing on long-term placements and contract-to-permanent conversions.
