Position Summary
MAG is seeking a proven Capture professional to lead C5ISR pursuits within its C5ISR Services / Digital Engineering & Communications Business Unit. The ideal candidate brings a combination of program management experience, capture expertise, and strong leadership - paired with a hands-on mindset and a willingness to actively contribute. This role is critical to meeting MAG's growth objectives by expanding our prime contract portfolio, sharpening our competitive edge, and increasing win rates. This is a hybrid role that requires an average of at least three days per week in MAG's Fairfax office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own and lead the end-to-end capture process for designated pursuits
Lead capture teams including proposal managers, program managers, solution architects, subject matter experts, pricing / price to win analysts, contracts, and subcontractor personnel
Manage and lead all capture milestones, work products, and associated activities, including gate reviews, solution development and reviews, capture plans, and knowledge management artifacts
Develop winning strategies based on customer insight, differentiated solutions, and MAG's capabilities
Shape opportunities pre-RFP - build and sustain relationships with key Government stakeholders
Identify teammates, build effective multi-opportunity partnerships, and lead teaming agreement related discussions / negotiations
Conduct internal after-action reviews to document lessons learned and refine MAG's capture processes
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' DoD C5ISR program experience, including 5 years of demonstrated success as a Capture Manager
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR / DFARS)
Experience briefing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
High-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Bachelor's degree
Current U.S. SECRET clearance and ability to maintain
Preferred :
Previous Contractor PM experience on DoD C5ISR programs
Master's degree
Minimum of one technical or project management certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Security+)

The projected compensation for this position is $180K - $200K base plus bonuses. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
