Position Summary

Student Worker- Aerospace Engineering Front Desk for the Aerospace Engineering Department at Auburn University.

Essential Functions

• Greeting and providing general information to guests
• Performing a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks
• Organize front office and maintain cleanliness of lobby area
• Daily receipt, sorting and internal distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supply inventory
• Assist with departmental event setups and tear down
• Assist faculty, staff and graduate students with office equipment (copier, laminator, etc.)
