Assistant Store Manager

Seeking a full-time employee ( minimum 35 hours ) who has the desire and capability to grow within our company!
We are a professional tanning salon the seeks to excellently serve our clients to create positive experiences.

Responsibilities :
- Meet sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthly
- Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Cash Handling, Opening / Closing procedures
- Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking.
- Set example for non management staff
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check (Drug Free Workplace)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail, customer service environment.
- 1-3 Years Leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
