Job Description : \n\nSalary : $55.00 - $25.00 per hour DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE : This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities that span across the following three affiliated organizations, all under shared leadership : FOCUS #1 Oakshade Community Living, LLC FOCUS #2 Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program FOCUS #3 Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of all three companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. This role is structured as an up to 16-hour per week position, with approximately 5.33 of the total weekly hours allocated to Oakshade Community Living, LLC, Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC. Client Service Location Expectations : This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program located at 3415 Holmes Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217. All services are to be delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role. Caseload Makeup : The assigned caseload for this position consists of twelve (12) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, throughout the community, or in the community meeting room of 3415 Holmes Avenue location.
