Education : Associates (required); Bachelors (preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in IT and 7 years of professional experience in IT systems, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 9 years professional experience in IT systems, or an associate’s degree and 12 years professional experience in IT systems.

Certifications : Required

A professional certification, such as the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

Skills / Competencies : Required

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco Networking Technologies, Citrix Application Delivery, VOIP technologies, Virtualization and Hypervisors, and Data Center Operations.
