Summary
Position Summary: Responsible for providing technical support for LifeBridge Health’s information technology systems, servers and networks. Provides ongoing support for all systems including servers, networks, storage platforms, application environments, and other specialized areas as assigned. Communicates regularly with management and team members regarding status of tasks and outstanding support issues. Supports initiatives designed to enhance work processes and improve service levels Provides escalated support for desktop and network infrastructure issues escalated from the Help Desk. Identifies user hardware and/or software problems and resolves problems assistance. Follows all departmental policies concerning Change Control and Incident Reporting documentation and notification. Maintains technical expertise and awareness of industry standards and advances in information technology platforms through literature reading/searches, and other continuing education opportunities. Regularly responds to alerts from monitoring systems and addresses and resolves associated system events. This may include off hours and on-call requirements.
