Banquet Captain

Position Overview :

The Banquet Captain is responsible for planning coordinating and executing all banquet and catering events. This role works closely with clients culinary teams and staff to deliver seamless and memorable experiences.

Compensation Rate : $19.00 to $22.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities :

Event Sales and Planning :

• Meet with clients to determine event details including menu selection room setup and special requests.
• Prepare customized proposals and contracts ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain a detailed event schedule and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
