General Summary

This position is accountable for driving and implementing complex projects that support compliance. The incumbent leads and manages various compliance programs and initiatives, including monitoring compliance with business requirements, regulatory settlement agreements, and developing strategies, tools, resources, and framework to ensure compliance. The incumbent also assists in fulfilling other compliance obligations, including reporting, policy creation, documentation and communication, assessment, implementation, and monitoring. The position requires extensive knowledge of Unum, its products, services, the marketplace, the external compliance / regulatory environment as well as critical thinking skills.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is $63,500.00-$120,000.00. Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
