Call Center Agent
This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of clients and finding solutions to them, and answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include specific computer specifications, minimum internet speed requirements, a reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift), and a secondary internet backup. Examples of power backup include generators, solar panels, and portable power inverters (UPS is not enough). Power and internet backup is a must.
