  • Make a Global Impact as a Product Integrity Leader

Are you a seasoned quality assurance professional with a passion for apparel and a knack for driving excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join a dedicated Product Integrity team. In this high-impact role, you will be at the heart of ensuring the highest quality standards for cutting-edge products, especially during significant market launches. You will guide critical initiatives, mentor a talented team, and champion consumer-centric solutions, directly influencing product quality from concept to market. Your ability to navigate complex manufacturing environments and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders will be key to your success and the organization's continued leadership.

  • What You Will Do :
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a team of quality engineers, aligning their efforts with organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and accountable team culture, leveraging diverse skills and perspectives to achieve shared goals.
  • Lead investigations into product non-conformance for apparel, overseeing corrective actions and driving resolution.
  • Implement robust product integrity procedures and tools to enhance quality control throughout the supply chain.
  • Deliver comprehensive, data-driven feedback to internal and external partners to inform decision-making and foster continuous quality improvements.
  • Develop and analyze key metrics and performance indicators for regular business reviews, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders across product development, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and execute issue management strategies, ensuring accountability across the end-to-end supply chain by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective action plans.
  • Partner with leadership to uphold stringent quality standards and advance continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Furnish critical data on product and factory non-conformance to inform internal standards and governance.
  • Facilitate a deep understanding of product quality challenges across various departments.
  • Apply engineering principles and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
  • Required Qualifications :
  • 8+ years of experience in apparel product integrity, product development, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations, with a specific focus on the apparel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of apparel construction and production processes.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, overseeing complex initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Proven experience working effectively with international manufacturing partners.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, Excel, JIRA, Asana).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), or Supply Chain.
  • Strong agility, adaptability, and a positive demeanor in the face of constant change.
  • A forward-thinking, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Prior experience in apparel manufacturing.
  • Ability to stay positive and proactive through evolving project landscapes.
