LeasingTemps is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our Client's team. Our client is a leading Property Management company specializing in high-end properties, catering to discerning clients seeking luxury living experiences.

Position Overview :
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in leasing high-end properties.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and facilitating lease agreements to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for both landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and amenities of each apartment home
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective tenants
- Guide clients through the leasing process, including lease negotiations and documentation
- Stay current on market trends and competitor rates to provide informed guidance to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in luxury real estate leasing or sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi software
- Must have weekend availability.
