CMI Group is looking to hire hand finishers at our SOUTH Phoenix location!

Cassavant Machining LLC -

Defense & Aerospace Machine Shop (40th St & Southern)

Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan!

• Day Shift : Monday - Friday 6am - 3 : 30pm
• Night Shift : Monday - Thursday 3 : 30pm - 2am

Basic Qualifications :

• DEBURR / HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH / BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT / LEAD / SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
• COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS

Other experience that includes :

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS
• THE USE OF MICROSCOPES
• HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS
• KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS

Preferred Skills :

• MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
• CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY

Physical Requirements :

• ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS
• ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
