Lapeer area high precision, high volume machining company is looking for skilled machine operators to join their team. This is an automotive parts manufacturing facility. 1st and 2nd Shift available. Pay is based on experience. Candidates must submit an up-to-date resume to be considered. 1st Shift 5 : 30AM - 4 : 00PM and Second Shift 4 : 30PM- 3 : 00AM.

Machine Operator

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate a machine in order to make metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
• Measure dimensions of finished work pieces using precision instruments.
• Mount, align and secure work pieces on machines using hand tools.
• Maintain highest level of quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
