Senior CNC Programmer / Machinist – 1st Shift

Schedule : 6AM Start Time

Pay : Based on experience

Contract : 90-day contract-to-hire

A manufacturing facility in Roseville is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer / Machinist to support its growing operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled professional who excels in both programming and precision machining within a prototype or production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Develop complex tool paths using CAD / CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
• Interpret and work from blueprints, 3D models, and engineering drawings
• Perform setups and adjustments for various materials and tight-tolerance parts
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for speed and quality
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure safety procedures are followed
