Director Real Estate Facilities

xia Women's Health is seeking a Director of Real Estate & Facilities to lead the organization's corporate real estate strategy, overseeing transactions, facilities management, and capital project delivery. This role provides strategic direction for Axia's real estate footprint over the next 3–5 years, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional work environments across all 150+ locations.

This is a remote position with 25% travel required. Candidate must be in Eastern Time Zone , Greater Philadelphia or New Jersey area highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage Corporate Real Estate Portfolio and Transactions

• Lead real estate strategy, including site selection, leasing, acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions, ensuring alignment with business growth and cost objectives.
• Oversee all lease administration, contract negotiations, and compliance in partnership with Finance and Operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track cost efficiency, utilization, and sustainability; benchmark results to identify savings and performance improvements.
• Direct annual and long-term capital and operating budgets for real estate and facilities.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure quality, cost-effective portfolio management.
