What you will do as a Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting :

• Public company SEC reporting experience
• 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings
• Workiva or Active software strongly desired
• Technical accounting expertise
• Draft memos, disclosures
• Handle one-off transactions
• Experience level :
• 8 years / some flexibility on experience
• Flexible to someone outside the pharma industry
• Management :
• Indirect oversight, review close areas, no direct reports
