We are seeking a Gaming Content and Studios Finance Lead to strategically unify and lead the financial vision for our first party Gaming Content and Studios (GC&S), encompassing ABK (Activision, Blizzard, King), Zenimax, and additional independent studios. This role will provide a holistic perspective across all gaming studios, driving the consolidation of financial processes and systems across global organizations. You will collaborate with business owners and Gaming Studio CFOs (Chief Financial Officers) to identify and resolve challenges, as well as support the President of GC&S in executive reviews. By fostering seamless integration and alignment, this leader will enable operational efficiency, compliance, and transformation across our diverse gaming portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop and champion a holistic financial strategy for multi-billion-dollar gaming franchises, driving execution and accountability.
Be the central finance lead for understanding first party Gaming Content and Studio revenue forecast, and provide insights and recommendations to help the organization exceed their revenue and accountability margin goals.
Partner with studio CFOs (Activision, Blizzard, King, Zenimax, Xbox Game Studios) to optimize finance processes, identify issues, and foster cross-studio solutions.
Support executive reviews by delivering clear, data-driven insights and process clarity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and reporting requirements; review financial documents and processes for accuracy.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of financial planning, analysis or strategy related experiences.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product / multi-segment finance roles.
3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
Gaming or Entertainment industry experience, which may include management consulting, investment banking, financial strategy or related areas.
Extraordinary ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Background in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and finance process optimization.
Self-starter with an owners mindset, thriving in fast-paced, interconnected environments.
Skilled at translating data and ambiguous findings into forward-looking forecasts and actionable plans.
Effective collaborator and influencer in dynamic business partner situations.
Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
