RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- The Customer Service Representative make 100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients using a provided script.
- The Customer Service Representative will be required to join weekly zoom meetings.
- The Customer Service Representative qualify prospects by assessing their needs and determining their interest in our products / services.
- The Customer Service Representative set appointments for sales representatives by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update the sales list by cleaning up outdated or incorrect information.
- Record detailed notes on prospect interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE :
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
