RCS Analyst

A company is looking for an RCS-Analyst responsible for resolving accounts receivable for supported entities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage provider enrollment, charge description master, and fee schedule maintenance

Handle claim submissions, third-party follow-ups, cash posting, and denial appeals

Ensure adherence to departmental productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in hospital or physician billing strongly preferred

Previous insurance experience in any capacity and medical office, coding, or billing experience

Working knowledge of payer billing requirements and regulations

High level of interpersonal, analytic, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative to meet objectives
