Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
Analyze compensation data and evaluate market trends to optimize total rewards programs
Support employee communications regarding benefits and assist in HR policy administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
2 years of experience in the Compensation and Benefits area
Proven experience with TSS and SISARLIL virtual offices
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
