Job descriptionBachelors degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of sales management and outside sales experience is required. Previous experience managing Independent Sales Reps is preferred. Commercial roofing / construction sales management background is desired. Strong organization skills and experience in Gmail and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel when required. Must have outstanding management and communication skills. Medical, dental and vision insurance. Prescription drug program. Life and AD&D insurance (life insurance is equal to two times annual base salary). Regional Sales Manager
Duro-Last Roofing, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope and the world's largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated commercial roofing solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Rim & Rocky Mountain Regions area. The ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge and expertise to drive the sales performance and success of a team of Sales Reps in the Southwest Region and will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
What Youll Be Doing
- Responsible for sales development and growth in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for sales development of corporate accounts located in the assigned territory.
- Assist Sales Reps (Independent / Company Reps) and Sales Coordinators in territory management, marketing plans, and strategies.
