Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.
- Maintain documentation of patient progress and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
- Maintain BCBA certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field, and BCBA certification.Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to maintain appropriate documentation of patient progress.Must maintain certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.Details
