Job description

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.
  • Maintain documentation of patient progress and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
  • Maintain BCBA certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field, and BCBA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to maintain appropriate documentation of patient progress.
  • Must maintain certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.
