Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Fort Myers, FL 33912 (Southwest Florida healthcare jobs)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Shift : 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (8 : 00am–4 : 30pm)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1820–$1870

Floating : Required; may float to sister campuses

Case Management RN Qualifications

Active FL or Compact Registered Nurse license (recent Nursys verification required)

Minimum 2 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Degree accreditation must be on profile, or at least 5 years of RN experience

Ability to function as core staff and integrate into unit culture

Willingness to float to other hospital campuses as needed

Must reside at least 50 miles from permanent address (radius rule)

Case Management Nurse Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care and discharge planning in an acute care environment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

Advocate for patients and facilitate communication between patients, families, and providers

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies

Float to other units or campuses as required to support patient care needs
