Maryland Licensed Trial Attorney

A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - MD).

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict

Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in the state of Maryland

Experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense

Familiarity with legal research tools and databases

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
