Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be a key decision-maker for clinical and operational workflows during shifts. You may also provide direct patient care as needed. Join a dedicated team that values collaboration and support.
Your responsibilities will include :
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored, high-quality patient care.Continuously assessing and enhancing the quality of nursing services and implementing evidence-based practices.Taking on leadership responsibilities, including supervision, education, coaching, and staff evaluations.Participating in key operational areas such as Quality and Safety, Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, and Fiscal Responsibility.What qualifications do you need?
Experience
At least 1 year of healthcare experience.Education
Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.License and Certifications
