Georgia Licensed Provider Contracts Director

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Contracts who must reside in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Provider Contracting functions and lead negotiations with healthcare providers

Oversee the development of provider contracting strategies and ensure network adequacy

Lead initiatives for cost control and implement Value Based Payment contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, or Provider Contracting

5+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed healthcare setting

Strong knowledge of managed healthcare provider compensation and VBP methodologies

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees
