In our one-on-one ABA setting, you'll work directly with children ages 18 months to 8 years, utilizing ethical and evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. You'll receive top-tier supervision, ongoing training, and collaborate with a passionate team to make a meaningful impact every day!
Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Therapist
- Implement one-on-one ABA therapy strategies as outlined in treatment plans to help children with Autism reach their fullest potential. This includes reading treatment plans, executing interventions, collecting data, and writing progress notes.
- Encourage the development of children during early childhood through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to optimize treatment approaches, ensure safety, and create a fun working experience.
- Engage with children through various activities such as play, movement, and imitation to foster a joyful atmosphere and maintain enthusiasm.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate achievements, and advocate for children's needs.
Job Requirements
Physical ability to lift and move children in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, squatting, and moving swiftly to engage safely with young children.Maintain a conducive therapy environment by ensuring play spaces are tidy and organized, fostering a stimulating experience for the children.Ability to multitask effectively while assessing safety and prioritizing actions in a dynamic environment.Team player who can work cohesively within the center, neighborhood, or region; travel to support nearby centers as necessary.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, which includes passing a 40-hour training curriculum and a competency assessment.

Associates / High School : $20.00 - $24.00Bachelors : $20.00 - $25.50Masters : $20.00 - $28.00For entry-level candidates, the first raise is earned upon RBT certification, typically within 21 days.
