In our one-on-one ABA setting, you'll work directly with children ages 18 months to 8 years, utilizing ethical and evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. You'll receive top-tier supervision, ongoing training, and collaborate with a passionate team to make a meaningful impact every day!

Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Therapist

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy strategies as outlined in treatment plans to help children with Autism reach their fullest potential. This includes reading treatment plans, executing interventions, collecting data, and writing progress notes.
• Encourage the development of children during early childhood through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to optimize treatment approaches, ensure safety, and create a fun working experience.
• Engage with children through various activities such as play, movement, and imitation to foster a joyful atmosphere and maintain enthusiasm.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate achievements, and advocate for children's needs.

Job Requirements

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, which includes passing a 40-hour training curriculum and a competency assessment.

For entry-level candidates, the first raise is earned upon RBT certification, typically within 21 days.
