IAM Risk Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking an IAM Triage Lead Analyst (Information Security Analyst 3) to join their team.

As an IAM Triage Lead Analyst, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting the Identity Access Management (IAM) and Risk Governance teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , collaborative communication , and a proactive problem-solving mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : IAM Triage Lead Analyst (Information Security Analyst 3)

Location : Hybrid - Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; or Dallas, TX

Pay Range : $53 / hour

• Lead assessment and resolution of complex IAM issues, ensuring rapid and accurate triage.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and risk teams to improve IAM processes.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM tools, authentication protocols, and access governance.
• Analyze IAM data to identify risk trends and recommend process enhancements.
