Service Sales Engineer – ACCO Engineered Systems

Join a team that delivers HVAC and control system solutions to commercial and industrial customers. The Service Sales Engineer supports service projects, builds long-term relationships, and drives revenue through proposals, contracts, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed customer proposals, including scope, exclusions, and general conditions.
• Survey job sites, develop cost estimates, and provide alternative solutions for customer problems.
• Read construction drawings, perform takeoffs, and calculate ductwork and piping requirements.
• Use company software to prepare estimates for sheet metal, piping, and equipment replacements.
• Prepare load calculations to determine cooling and heating requirements using third-party software.
• Develop understanding of ACCOCare, ACCOGuard, and ACCOServe maintenance contracts; review work orders and determine billing.
• Prospect, close sales transactions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate scope of work to field personnel; assist in problem solving and participate in pre-job meetings.

Hours & Travel

Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm.

25% travel to regional offices and customer sites.

Compensation

$72,000-$108,000 annually. Offered wage reflects skills, experience, education, location, and other factors.
