Our client, a corporate boutique law firm focused on middle market private equity, is seeking M&A attorneys with AM Law experience for Associate and Counsel roles in their Dallas office. There is a high volume of deal flow and lean staffing affords a significant amount of hands-on experience working directly with partners and clients. There would also be an open path to partnership for those looking to build a book in the same space.
