Pharmacist Retail - Per Diem

Hourly Pay Range : $58.00 - $89.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Po sit i on H i gh li ghts : Position : Retail Pharmacist Location : Skokie Hospital Per diem Hours : M-F 8 : 00am-7 : 30pm, Sat 8 : 30am-3 : 30pm Required Travel : Yes, Highland Park, Evanston, Glenbrook, Edward Elmhurst Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital, and Swedish Hospital What you will need : License : Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist Education : BLS or PharmD (preferred) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Completion of an accredited Immunization training program within 6 months of employment Certification : CPR certification within 6 months of employment What you will do : Dispensing medication in response to a physician's order Assure that drug therapy (dosing, indication for use, interactions, etc.) are appropriate for patient's condition, weight and age.
