Key Responsibilities
Build and own a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure productivity within 30 days
Define and track core ramp metrics and launch continuous learning programs
Facilitate cross-team workshops and create a centralized content library for sales resources
Required Qualifications
5+ years in SaaS sales enablement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in building scalable onboarding and training programs
Experience with sales methodologies and embedding them into processes
Strong collaboration skills with various teams including Sales, CS, and Product
Bonus : Experience in legal tech or AI-driven SaaS
