Job Description :

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Voice Engineer to work with an experienced team on key strategic projects for an enterprise organization. The Voice Engineer will focus on a large voice system migration as well as help to support the current voice environment. If voice engineering is your passion, and you are interested to work with a collaborative team on key organizational initiatives, this is the role for you.

Required Skills :

Must have 5+ years' experience in voice engineering

Must have experience with Teams Voice and Zoom Voice

Previous experience with Avaya voice is ideal

Must have experience migrating from one voice system to a new voice system

Experience with Five9s, Content Guru, or other CCaaS platforms is ideal

Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also with a team with little oversite

Must have the ability to learn from documentation and be able to communicate effectively

Must be able communicate with various IT teams as well as business stakeholders on occasion
