Position Overview :

We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing field crews, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. If you're someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly, and enjoys mentoring others, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety protocols, and company standards
• Order materials and manage job site logistics
• Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeymen
• Maintain detailed job records and daily reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues in real time
