BASIC FUNCTIONS : Manage residential water and fire damage repair and clean-up crews.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS :

• manage and participate in residential insurance claim repairs and mitigation activities
• communicate and interact regularly with homeowners / customers
• use current technology (smartphones, tablets and laptops) to help manage and document job activities
• exhibit courtesy and technical knowledge to customers
• be able to be 'on-call' for pre-designated times to help with customer emergencies
