We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Concrete Estimator to join our growing construction team. In this role, you’ll support senior estimators in analyzing project plans, performing quantity takeoffs, and helping prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete work across residential, commercial, and / or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform material quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for concrete, formwork, rebar, labor, and equipment
• Work with estimating software to input data and compile bid proposals
• Request and track supplier / vendor quotes for concrete and related materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and scope documents
• Support in preparing and organizing bid packages for submission
• Maintain detailed estimate documentation and project files
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior estimators
• Participate in site visits and field measurements (as needed)
• Continuously learn construction methods and estimation best practices
