Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Manager Engineering in Fairburn who can support and drive engineering solutions for our Supply Chain Operations. This is a fully onsite role based in the Fairburn area.

Your Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
• At least 2 to 4 years of people management experience in 3Pl warehouse environment or similar industry.
• At least 2+ years of experience executing lean six sigma processes in material handling in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously with little to no supervision.
• Strong organization skills and initiative with the ability to recognize, evaluate, and implement best resolutions to the problems, and able to implement solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Strong computer skills in Autocad, Microsoft office (Excel & PPT).
• Knowledge of warehouse automation systems like ASRS, AGV, Pick to light systems and conveyor systems.
• Strong knowledge of WMS systems like JDA, SAP etc.
