Key Responsibilities
Manage business operations and strategic orchestration with the leadership team
Lead organizational health initiatives and culture programs in collaboration with Human Resources
Oversee special projects and drive cross-team initiatives to adapt to business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in related roles
5+ years of global enterprise experience in strategy and operations management
Experience in leadership positions promoting collaboration among cross-functional teams
3+ years of people management experience
