Job Description

Experience working specifically on State of Texas PeopleSoft (known as CAPPS) for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, or with a CPA managed CAPPS Central agency, or with a CAPPS hub instance is required.

Other PeopleSoft experience is helpful, but specific State of Texas CAPPS experience is required for this project and cannot be replaced by other PeopleSoft experience.

Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit / gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business processes, developing functional specifications, creating test scripts, conduct testing, and developing training materials

Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM Time & Labor Module

Required

Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.

Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade project.

Meeting facilitation skills for conducting project related work sessions and other meetings.

Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).
