Senior Safety Manager

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Safety Manager in the DMV area. This candidate is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs, policies, and practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. This role also monitors adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with current safety regulations through inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and reporting and drive preventive measures.
• Deliver and promote safety training and awareness across all employee levels.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and present findings to management.
• Manage emergency preparedness, including response plans and drills.
• Oversee vendor and contractor safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate and compliant safety records and documentation.

Compensation : $100,000 to $135,000 per year annual salary
