What’ll you do
- Responsible for managing the calendar, answering phones, scheduling conference calls both in person and via Zoom
- Prepare and process expense reports, input invoices for payment, and prepare check requests
- New Business Intake (work with conflicts department to clear conflicts and open new matters), including preparation of waivers and disclosures and tracking, as needed
- Time entry, travel arrangements, calendaring of due dates, etc.
- Point person for all administrative planning and coordinating of all meetings for attorney pairing
- Extensive client contact including handling incoming calls, correspondence, and appointments; preparation of draft and final documents, creation and maintenance of files and e-files
- Assist with closings, including preparation of file folders, printing and tracking of signature pages, and preparation of closing binders
- Preparation of documents, fast and accurate typing with exhibited proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, iManage, and other firm applications
- Responsible for providing general administrative support
- Provides administrative support in all aspects in supporting conferences and events
- Coordinate communication with all departments internally
About you
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
The candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and embrace working in a team environment. 5+ years of experience is required.
