Overview

Heat Treat Manager to oversee all aspects of heat treat operations—leading a skilled team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily heat treat operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Supervise and develop a team of operators, fostering engagement, accountability, and growth.
• Ensure processes meet internal and customer quality standards, including metallurgy specifications and hardness requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and reduce downtime by working closely with maintenance staff.
• Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and drive efficiency while reducing scrap and waste.
• Support and prepare for Nadcap heat treat audits.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and operational protocols.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary of $130,000-$145,000 per year with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability. Relocation assistance is available.
