Job Title : Customer Service Representative- Drive Thru (L1)
Location : South San Francisco, CA
Summary :
We are looking to hire a skilled L1 Customer Service Representative at our B20 Drive Thru to assist our clients with deployment of computer hardware. The main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for customers picking up and dropping off hardware to the B20 Drive Thru. You will be required to work on-site and assist with customer first login. Receive drop offs and process them accordingly. This self-motivated candidate will follow defined account and departmental policies / procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems.
- Meet with customers per scheduled Calendar to assist with pick ups, drop offs, and hardware swaps
- Work independently on assignments and report progress to your supervising manager.
- Track the daily customer activity in our log
- Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and environment for ongoing improvements
- Update ticket notes in OPUS and ServiceNOW
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Education / Experience :
1+ year Customer Service experience3+ years of IT related experienceCustomer Service and experience working directly with customers is a must.Able to multitaskGood interpersonal skills and organizational skills.Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines consistently.Should have the ability to work under pressure and should be flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple hardware and software issues is a plusExcellent communication skills are requiredGeneral knowledge of gSuite (Gdocs, Gsheets, gmail), Microsoft office or similar platforms requiredA reliable means of transportation is required
