Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a product / data learning strategy aligned with business outcomes
Manage end-to-end training projects and maintain a training calendar aligned with product releases
Prepare sales managers to coach their teams and ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product training, or learning and development
Strong understanding of learning strategy and instructional design principles
Proven ability to simplify complex product concepts into engaging learning content
Experience in delivering live and digital learning programs
Knowledge of sales processes and go-to-market motions preferred
