Head Brewer
Location: Flix Brewhouse, Frisco TX
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, with additional robust bonus structure

As a Head Brewer at Flix Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests by effectively brewing our core line of award winning craft beers, contributing to seasonal offerings, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production goals - all the while maintaining quality standards. You will maintain a monthly inventory, develop new recipes, and work with the L&D team to communicate new offerings to the team.
To be successful in this role, you should be a certified Cicerone Beer Server with at least three years of experience working in a brewery. You should have a strong understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, as well as a general understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical inclination. You should also be self-motivated, positive, and passionate about your work, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time. Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from an accredited MBAA course.
