Maintenance Technician II
This intermediate level position operates a variety of power tools and other equipment involving physical labor at construction sites in order to assist in the safe and efficient operations of the site.
Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 40-mile radius of the Morgantown Field Office (1300 Fort Pierpont Dr., Suite 201, Morgantown, WV 26508) to be considered for this position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates the controlling of traffic near, in, or around work zones
- Coordinates the determining construction material needs, ordering materials and scheduling delivery of materials
- Cleans or prepares construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
- Uses portable cement mixers to mix, pour and spread concrete
- Ensures all codes are followed during construction and material acquisitions by outside sources to meet spec and design criteria
- Works with team members to set expectations and standards for contractor performances and ensure they understand and follow all Expand's environmental, safety and operation standards
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum : High school diploma or GED and 2 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education of 6 - 9 years related work experience
Additional Qualifications
Ability to possess a valid drivers licenses
