About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI-Enabled Risk Services Specialist to join our cutting-edge team. This role utilizes the traditional responsibilities of a Risk Services Specialist while leveraging our advanced AI and Computer Vision technologies to revolutionize workplace safety Assessments.
Responsibilities
Conduct remote audits of client sites using our AI / Computer Vision-based solutionsAnalyze video footage to identify potential safety hazards and risksDevelop comprehensive risk reports based on AI-driven insightsPresent findings to clients and help drive adoption of mitigation strategiesCollaborate with our AI and engineering teams to refine and enhance our risk assessment algorithmsProvide ergonomic assessments and recommendations in manufacturing and other industrial environmentsStay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in workplace safety and ergonomicsRequired Experience
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field5-10 years total work experience, with at least 5 years in Occupational safety, loss control or risk managementDemonstrated proficiency in using technology tools and software commonly used in risk management, data analysis, and reportingAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology applicationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsExcellent written reporting and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamNice-to-Have
Certification in occupational safety (e.g., CSP, ASP, OHST, CHST) and industrial ergonomics (e.g., CIE, CPE) preferredFamiliarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in computer vision applicationsConstruction industry experienceWorking at CompScience
CompScience is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 $110,000. Compensation is determined within the range based on your qualifications and experience. Our total compensation package also includes equity and comprehensive benefits.
